  Milk 500 ml   Sultanas 5-6 nos.
  Butter 15 g    Cashewnuts 5-6 nos.
  Mawa 30 g   Cardamom Powder

Serving size: 3 portions

Method

  1. Wash, peel and grate carrots.

  2. Sauté carrots in butter. Add milk and cook.

  3. When milk dries up, add grated mawa and cook for 5 minutes

  4. Add 12 SugaRite Sachets (1g each). Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
