Method
Wash and soak rice for 20 minutes.
Cook rice in 250 ml of milk and 100 ml of water in a pressure cooker till it becomes soft.
Add 10 SugaRite sachets (1g each) and simmer rice for 2-3 minutes in the remaining 250 ml of milk.
