Serving size: 6-8 portions

Method

  1. Beat the eggs, milk and 40 SugaRite sachets (1g each) together.

  2. Dissolve yeast and salt in it.

  3. Fold in flour to make a dough.

  4. Melt butter and mix it in the dough.

  5. Allow it to rest for 15 minutes.

  1. Cut it into round, donut shape using a cutter.

  2. Use a small cutter to make a hole in the inner part of the dough.

  3. Keep for proofing for 30 minutes.

  4. Deep fry in hot oil till it becomes golden-brown.

  5. After cooling, dip the doughnut in melted unsweetened chocolate.

  6. Cut into halves horizontally and spread cream whipped with SugaRite
    to make Sandwich Doughnut.

  7. Alternatively, you can add any fruit preserves as per your choice.
