Serving size: 6-8 portions
Method
-
Beat the eggs, milk and
40
SugaRite sachets (1g each) together.
-
Dissolve yeast and salt in it.
-
Fold in flour to make a dough.
-
Melt butter and mix it in
the dough.
-
Allow it to rest for 15 minutes.

Cut
it into round, donut shape using a cutter.

Use a small
cutter to make a hole in the inner part of the dough.

Keep for
proofing for 30 minutes.

Deep fry in hot
oil till it becomes golden-brown.

After cooling,
dip the doughnut in melted unsweetened chocolate.
-
Cut into halves
horizontally and spread cream whipped with
SugaRite
to make Sandwich Doughnut.

Alternatively,
you can add any fruit preserves as per your choice.
