Procedure
1. Make a puree of
litchis and lemon grass.
2. Whip the cream and
fold in the soaked gelatin.
3. Fold in the litchi
and lemon grass puree.
4. Add
SugaRite and mix in the red
chilies.
5. Pipe it out into
individual serving bowls or into a glass bowl.
6. Garnish with chopped
litchis.
7. Allow it to chill in
refrigerator for 2 hours and serve.
