  Besan    500 g    Cardamom 2 g
  Ghee 250 g    Cashewnuts 2-3 g
  Khoya 125 g    Water 60 ml
  SugaRite 37 g    Salt to taste

Serving size: 6-7 portions

Method

  1. Roast the besan in ghee till it becomes golden-brown.

  2. Mix 7 SugaRite sachets (1g each) in the khoya, add into the above mixture and cook it well.

  3. Sprinkle a pinch of salt for taste in this mixture.

  4. Add 30 SugaRite sachets (1g each) in water and reduce it to half.

  1. Add this syrup to besan, sprinkle the cardamom powder.

  2. Spread the mixture on a greased plate, and garnish with cashewnuts.

  3. Cut into desirable shapes.
